Combines sequences of flowing movement synchronised to the breath. Yoga asana flows smoothly as poses run together and become almost dance-like. The breath acts as an anchor to the movement as you flow from one pose to the next in time with an inhale or an exhale.
The literal translation of vinyasa from Sanskrit is ‘connection’.
The practice itself is sometimes considered a ‘moving meditation’, bringing a flowing connection between mind, body & breath.
There are many wonderful benefits that we can appreciate from regular Vinyasa practice. Physically, sweat releases toxins and re-energises our bodies. Mentally the synchronised breathing relaxes the chatter of the mind and helps to release any blockage of energy flow throughout our bodies.

Cancellation policy:
Please respect that as a small independent wellness business, in order for us to thrive and continue to provide the service you hope for, we know you will respect the cancellation policy.
You can cancel your class via email, text or WhatsApp confirmation up to 24 hours in advance - this provides enough time for someone else to book the space on the class.
Any cancellations made with less than 24hrs ‘ notice or if you do not show up cannot be credited, refunded or used for another session. This applies to both pay-as-you-go and class bundles
If a class is cancelled by SeaBlue Yoga for any reason, you will be notified by email and offered a single free class pass. The cancellation policy applies to all class and workshop bookings.
